A large mix of pastels brought to life by a snow dying process adds a unique mix to this scarf. The silk drapes beautifully with the perfect amount of structure to make this piece endlessly versatile. It is great for any occasion throughout the coming summer days and nights and can be continually worn throughout all seasons.

I created this scarf by using the snow dyeing technique. This is done by placing the fabric you want to dye under a pile of snow and then pouring different colors of MX dye on top of the scarf and leaving it there overnight to sink through and immerse the fabric.

Each twist and tie makes a new unique pattern for you to wear and you can continue to explore how to wear the scarf for years!

I usually work with silk or silk-like fabrics because I enjoy how in the summer the fabrics breathe easy against the skin, while in the winter the bright colors of the dye bring light to an otherwise dull day.
